OSHA recordables hurt — the employee, the ergonomist, the safety manager, HR and your bottom line. Traditional, and now outdated, approaches just aren’t effective enough in curbing this problem. So, what can you do differently to achieve better outcomes?

Reducing injuries requires a forward-thinking, multi-faceted strategy spanning safety, health and risk, as does expediting return to work when someone does get hurt. Just ask Cummins, a Fortune 500 company operating in 160 countries.
